Frequently asked questions
The audio cuts every few seconds. What's happening?
There are many situations that can cause your audio to cut like this. Most probably this is caused by your buffer getting empty.
Here are the most common reasons why you can get an empty buffer:
- You don't have a good and stable Internet connection / your internet connection is overloaded
Try asking your friends or colleagues to check the audio for you on their homes / jobs (to make sure this in not an issue on your internet connection).
- The Internet connection of your streaming server is overloaded
You should report this issue to your streaming provider, so they can verify that on their side.
- You're broadcasting with more quality than your internet provider supports
Try reducing your streaming KBPS value to see if this helps.
